Criolipolysis is the latest non-surgical innovation for removing localized excess fat.

Originating in America, thanks to researchers from Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard University, Criolipolysis has quickly become a must-have for effectively reducing localized fat.

The term "Criolipolysis" comes from the Greek word "kryos," meaning ice, and it is precisely the cold that is used by a sophisticated device to eliminate excess adipose tissue.

Adipose cells are much more sensitive to cold than other anatomical structures in the treated area, such as skin, dermis, blood vessels, nerves, and muscles. When these structures are cooled, they undergo a slow and gradual process of spontaneous lysis known as "apoptosis."

The term "apoptosis" refers to a form of programmed cell death.

Following this process, adipose cells are eliminated through two pathways::

  • Liver and gastrointestinal tract

  • Lymphatic system

This methodology is approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the association of dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons in the United States.

The Biotec Medical device is state-of-the-art for silhouette remodeling, combining speed, effectiveness, and safety.

The Fit4 360° Technology allows for the treatment of up to 4 fat folds simultaneously at a temperature of -10°C, reducing the number of applications required.

Equipped with Vacumpulse and CoolFrequency technologies to:
  • Preserve skin vascularization.

  • Eliminate the ice block effect in the treated tissue area.

  • Eliminate the "apron" effect of tissue emptying.

  • Restore skin elasticity.

Vacumpulse:

Active suction ensures contact between the device plates and the skin, preserving local microcirculation and tissues. Constant tissue mobilization eliminates the risk of superficial freezing and tissue and vascular damage at a temperature of -10°C.

CoolFrequency:

Short cycles of biostimulating pulses, modulated at low frequency and high intensity, generate tissue microcontractions that promote better tissue tonicity and activate the lymphatic system.

Equipped with Tissue Active Technologies:

It incorporates a proprietary system (Tissue Active) that preserves tissue trophism, avoiding complications such as paradoxical adipose hyperplasia, as happened to Linda Evangelista. There are medical-scientific publications that attest to the safety of Cryoliposculpt.

DETAILS

How does work?

fter identifying the adipose tissue, a protective gel pad is applied, and the manipulator suctions the adipose tissue.

In this way, the cold-sensitive fat cells (adipocytes) in the subcutaneous tissue degrade, resulting in the Cryolipolysis process.

  • The vacuum action is crucial as it draws in as much adipose tissue as possible into the manipulator, cooling the treated area for approximately 60 minutes while maintaining a temperature of -10 degrees Celsius.

  • The crystallization of adipose cells triggers apoptosis, with the release of lipids occurring within 2 to 8 weeks. It indirectly stimulates lipolysis.

  •  It indirectly stimulates lipolysis.

Which areas can be treated?

  • Abdomen

  • Hips

  • Inner

  • arms

  • Outer thighs

  • Inner thighs

  • Back Saddlebags

What are the results?

Reduction of adipose tissue by 20% to 30% after each application.

What are the advantages?

Compared to other methods, this technique allows for a significant reduction of fat tissue in a short amount of time. Immediate resumption of normal daily activities and high safety during the procedure.

What are the conditions in which the treatment should be avoided?

  • Breastfeeding

  • Pregnancy

  • Cold hypersensitivity

  • Scars in the treated area

  • Liver issues

hat are the costs of the treatment?

Starting from €95 (instead of €400) per treatment session.
